Molly Dee’s unique style and interpretation of photographic images evolved from the artist’s early fascination with photographs of her own parents, whom she had never known. The result of this intense experience was the beginning of a series of large canvases – “Images of the Past.” Her paintings are both contemporary and nostalgic, specific yet universal.
